Even though delivery now reaches the correct house, the Globe Gazette account page still displays my previous address in one section. That mismatch could become a problem the next time I change delivery settings or place a vacation hold. I’d rather correct the account record now by pointing out where the old address appears and confirming which address is actually being used for current delivery. The paper itself has been arriving at the new place without trouble.

An address change can look complete in one part of an account while an older address remains in another section. I’d compare the address currently receiving the paper with the one still shown on the profile page and note exactly where the old entry appears. Since delivery itself is already correct, I’d open https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/globe-gazette/customer-service.html only to ask about updating the account record. I’d keep vacation holds and delivery history separate because those are not causing trouble now. That keeps the request about account accuracy and future settings.
