When a package has a delivery issue, having the right information ready can probably make communication much easier. The tracking number, delivery address and latest tracking update seem like the obvious details to provide. A clear description of what happened should also help avoid unnecessary back-and-forth with support. What information do you normally include when reporting a problem with a delivery? Have you found that photos or screenshots are useful

Last-mile delivery can become complicated when a package passes through several stages before reaching the recipient. Accurate address information, tracking updates, delivery photographs, and timestamps can all be useful when investigating a missing or delayed shipment. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, checking the immediate delivery area before opening a support case may help establish what happened. The customer-service experiences on https://speedx.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html provide another perspective on common questions involving tracking, delivery attempts, and shipment problems.
