Reporting a BugMD order issue became more confusing once the package status stopped changing even though the carrier page still showed movement. The order itself remains active, so I am trying to understand whether support can see anything beyond the public tracking. Has anyone contacted them for a shipment stuck between updates, and were they able to confirm where the package actually was? I would like to know whether support can access more detailed carrier information.

Carrier movement and store status can occasionally fall out of sync even while the order remains active. Have the order number, carrier tracking, and last visible scan ready before contacting support. The customer-service page https://bugmd.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html can tell the customer if a newer carrier event, warehouse note, or shipping update exists beyond the public tracking page. That extra detail helps explain a parcel that is still moving while the store account looks unchanged. A helpful response should identify the current shipment stage and say if any customer action is necessary. It can also confirm whether a new tracking event is expected soon.

Shipping screens can fall out of sync. Keeping the order number, tracking, and last scan ready gives support something concrete to compare. Good reminder not to assume a parcel is stuck just because one page hasn’t updated.
