Several days passed with no new Libiyi tracking scan after the package had already entered transit. The order is still active. There is no cancellation notice either. If support can access more detailed carrier information, did they tell anyone where a stalled shipment actually was? I am trying to decide whether to keep waiting or ask them to investigate it formally. A carrier-level update would make that decision much easier.

Libiyi shipment gaps can still be normal when the order remains active and there is no return or cancellation notice. The carrier name, last scan, destination, and order reference give the shipping team a practical starting point. A newer carrier event or warehouse note may exist even when public tracking has not changed. The current parcel location is the detail that helps decide whether to keep waiting or ask for a trace. At that stage, the entry libiyi phone number takes the customer to support for the latest shipment information and the most appropriate next step. A clear carrier update can make that decision much easier.

Tracking gaps don’t always mean a shipment is lost. Carrier name, last scan, destination, and order reference give support a practical way to check whether there’s a newer internal update. Thanks for keeping the question focused on the parcel’s current location.
