Happy wings… I haven’t worked that lately for wrapping and speed I would like to isolate that from weaves for a minute. Where’s the best game in max pup? So much content lol… great job!!

AbbyYes it does feel odd probably because I don’t handle like anyone else so sometimes it’s hard to translate… and he seemed so slow and bored….

Yes the PT remote (it’s new!) I may start putting my hand behind my back setting up with cookies has led to looking for cookies… and no I’m not ready to go my setup cookie is missing…
If I wanted to use a ball and the PT I assume I could chuck ball at tutor and rotate between food and toy reward? I thought the ball might encourage less thinking.

I don’t know why but I find it hard to think things thru without 2 wings and a bar… obviously I have work to do with wings and speed… another day my brain is done today. What I ended up trying was one or two distance jumps (one of his favorite things) that you can’t see to build speed.. that worked except collecting for the entry was hard….
Merlin and friends on the fly after in person class… I didn’t plan this so no pet tutor… forgive me I must work on throwing skills. I did try to not stare at him to see if he did the weaves correctly so I would keep moving.
He’s very graceful thru the weaves and not as fast as some I assume that will come let me know when we should discuss striding.
PS I did email you about summer classes hopefully it went thru wasn’t sure I hit on the correct email
isolate that entry by having poles 3-4 further away, so it is a more obvious thing: either choose 1-2, or choose 3-4. Having poles 3-4 close to 1-2 is fine for the entries that are easier for him, so you can move poles 3-4 closer to the pet tutor just for those entries 🙂

Oh and yay for saving breath with 12 poles… building distance for weave entries what’s reasonable you seem closeish in your videos but maybe it’s further than I think? Took a peak at 6 poles what are you throwing at your mm?
So only one side today because it was super windy and I had things I wanted to work before we get 4 inches of rain.
We had a blast today outside practicing and experimenting with reinforcements… if I seem slow here I was tired after running a course with Merlin… thanks for all the tips we had great connection even with his friends and my friends around us…

Also when adding weight to the teeter for a different experience which end gets the 1 pound weight and which positions again? Thanks
Had in person class again last night it appears toys decrease in value when outside and the environment and dogs increase; going to keep trying to build the value. However, when I run FEO I was thinking of carrying an empty treat ball and leave a pile of yummy treats just outside the ring… any other thoughts?

Inside we swapped balls for another rep. I’m not sure if his interest will hold outside I’m going to try and see. My attention noise broke his long line racing this morning for a milker tug, so I have high hopes…. Curiosity when the dog and the toy don’t come back how do you respond to that?
