Alright here is the rest. This is turn 2 and 3 with I think a 20 min break in between. She did have a loss of focus when there was a mistake(backside positioning proved difficult for handler) and it was a more difficult skill for her (rear). Third turn better. Also this was an easier sequence and she got the harder one at end (sort of lol)!

So sorry I dropped off the face of the earth! It rained and rained, then 7th grade DC trip! So fun!!!! Then cold caught on Dc trip that had me down and out for two weeks! Was only able to survive family life and work! No energy for training😢! Thankfully after 14 days, I finally feel better!!!
But drumroll! Prytania had her first two feos this week and it was smashing!!! 😍. Incredibly proud of those two kiddos. Off to work today! Hopefully getting back on the training game tomorrow 😊.

    Second feo

Only goal for me… to be less soccer mom 😳🤣! It’s soooo hard.

Remote reinforcement both… tennis ball was harder!!! I bet outside it would be very difficult!

I’m going to have to hurry and buy Prytania her trial reinforcement special bag😊. My boys and promise know theirs well!

Here was yesterday with Annalise! I think she kept her enthusiasm up better for the most part. Her worst turn was her second turn again. I do think she was still quite a bit handler focused and wondering about the toy. I left a turn in with potter in case Annalise is doing anything differently between the two.

In my little experiment with long breaks, I think she did much better with the one and done and larger breaks! Not on video, but Annalise went out maybe 2 hours after this (haha she snuck out on me) did a one and done and they knocked it out of the park😊.

Here is last night! Annalise did such a good job of not stopping 😊!
We are trying running potter before too and me running promise! Last night was just Potter.
Both Susan and I (of course Annalise too) are periodically are having trouble with enthusiasm from her. Typically goes like this… 1st turn great lots of enthusiasm. We keep short. Max witb me is 3 minutes. She gets break in crate 5-10 minutes. 2nd turn completely disengaged 🤷‍♀️. No apparent reasons why. Doesn’t seem to want to do it.

So I am keeping her a couple days now. I’m trying looooong breaks 3-4 hours with her to see if that helps!starting today. I think she mentally tires very easily. We want her to have the love for agility that she shows in Other areas. Right now with agility it’s just not there.
She got a dock session this weekend and there was no issues with greeting or enthusiasm. She’s like a kid on the water slide 😊. She ran past me to go again without a second glance!!! Not near as much mental 😊and a super high value of swimming for her.

Last night we incorporated a go line at the end and you can see how she lit up!! Going to try to incorporate this also😊.

Last night she was great! She came out each time after break happy and willing! She got 3 turns

Here is last nights practice. The tunnel threadle with sequencing was not happening at all. She did remember it when we broke it down, but wasn’t convinced enough to do it within a sequence😊. I think Annalise was a tad late a few times also.

They ran through the two mid course sequences and rocked them

Prytania came over after school today to play! We both read the feedback and tried to implement your great suggestions 😊! She did get a third try one time because Annalise begged so nicely! Haha, you’ll hear the hesitation in my voice! Her turns were super short. Not more than 1.5 minutes I think 😊. She did really well. Susan was gone for the first sequence and came back for the second. She was arranging a mat on the aframe and you can see it threw her off for a minute or two!!!

    Sequence two https://youtu.be/q0EGHrsv2Pw?si=kjwx-B1Bur2HpaUG

Prytania attended our trial and did a super job on staying focused around the ring! Her biggest distraction is people. She could care less about what those silly dogs are doing in the ring!!!

She’s going away with us this weekend and Annalise is going to have lots of opportunities to work on the engagement games!

Sequence 4 proved tricky for team Prytania! She got to practice this with a fellow max pup participant Paula and Pizazz!!! Great mini class environment.
One issue they are facing is when a mistake is made, it though it is rewarded I think she has some fallback from it. I believe when Annalise was disconnecting on the second jump to get into her position for 3 was a great example. She will still do the sequencing, but starts off slow and disengaged in those instances. It sometimes here, promise ass promise Reese Carries into their next turn. I’m sure you’ll have lots of great suggestions for Annalise.

Day 2 I changed the rules on Annalise based off of yesterday. Only 3 attempts allowed on a turn!! And if you run it clean, big celebration and jackpot!!! I think this will help her and Annalise! Annalise will have focus more on her handling 😊. Today we did Prytania , then promise, then potter😊! The layer was a tough concept for Prytania! A work in progress.

Her entry is for Dec 2-3. One feo each day, unfortunately akc lol!
Prytania spent the weekend with us trialing and Annalise had today off of school so she got to get a good start on all of this! She filmed the pattern game herself and read up on it while I was at work for a little while today!

Prytania hasn’t sequenced in quite awhile. I think it was last max pup, so I was super impressed with both of them. Prytania is in a jump class and Susan is finishing up a contact class. Making sure she gets rest days also so she can
Process all her new info and give her body rest too!!!

    Here is todays work

All this stuff is so good, I think I’m
Going to rework promise on it all! She’s still a work in progress with arousal, but man is she doing Amazing progress!
I can stand in a ring line up!!!

Incredibly sad! It has been 4 weeks since I’ve been able to do sequencing because of the temperatures that are more like an oven!!! So sad we have had to miss the last bit of camp. Good news though, rain came through last night and brought that 100 temp down to the 70s! Wow!!! I got to build a course last night and we ran it this morning in the amazing temps of feels like 85! Heaven!!!

We are both way out of practice and it was difficult!!! Lots and lots of mistakes! Lots of bars too! If she has a question that bar is coming down!!!
Going to get your feedback and hopefully we can reattempt tomorrow before it hits 100 again. Friday forecasted for 99😫😫😫. Forecasted to be another week of record temps. Miserable august!!! Even more than usual. Just unworkable 😭.

Sorry to overload you with lots of video! I have been very busy!!! And it’s incredibly HOT! Despite all that the little bits are doing well!
Lead out transfer Last Thursday. I think I was cracking up on first rep because we just got done talking about rewarding first. It all went over her head and she went straight into it. 😂.
I believe it was cooler for this. As cool as august can be here🤪. Prytania doesn’t seem to mind as long as she can cool off in pool.
The throw back is a tough concept for both adolescents! That’s probably the only issue that they had. I think in the lead outs with the tougher concept pry got focused on the bumper, but then on last rep was successful with it thrown by us. Sorry video is long. Lots and lots of rewarding. I even cut out lots of the rewarding lol!!!

Last night. Terribly hot. We started at 7:15. When we finished the heat index was 106. Too hot🥵🥵🥵! They both did very well! We did not continue with that throwback. They both still struggle with that.

Tunnel entries and exits!!! This is HARD! They did so well!!!! Hard for the handler to be timely with verbals here!

    Bang it game

Also realized we skipped some of serps! Will finish tomorrow 😊

I’m a little late on the posting! This session is from last Wednesday night. Darn job lol!!! They did very well and were able to breeze on through!

Rest of Three ladder opposite side

    Wingin in tight blinds

    Wingin it double crosses

Week 6 concept transfer serps- Annalise just jumped right in and she got it lol!!! I threw reward at end… 1 to help Lise run a straight line and 2 to help Prytania be a little less hand focused

    She comes back over tonight!
