ParticipantHello Lizette! Welcome to this course! The games in this course will help with Majik’s focus.

ParticipantI’m so glad! One of the exercises we will be doing in this course is Dr. Overall’s Relaxation Protocol. I have seen improvements in so many dogs I have been working with this past year with Behavior Vets (my full time job), so I am a believer!

ParticipantI’m not sure how to change the title to include auditor in your name. I can ask Tracy.
And thank you for your honesty!
Feel free to ask questions throughout the course. And follow the other working students and their journeys. You will get a lot out of it! Plus, you will have access to all of the course material and games so you can practice along with everyone else.
Let me know if you change your mind about switching to a working spot. 🙂

ParticipantAh ok! It will definitely help your other dog.
Do you have videos of Addie in handling classes or seminars? What about trial? When was the weave pole class video taken?
It sounds like you were able to fix things after taking 8 months off and then the performance fell apart again. Is this correct? If so, can you identify what might have been the cause? Have you had her checked out medically, including tick tested? Did anything change in your personal life?

ParticipantHi Louise! Thank you for joining us. I felt the same way with my 7 pound dog, Marvel, several years ago. Take it month by month for now.
Are you a working, auditing, or observing student?
Bobbie Bhambree
ParticipantHello Kurt! Because you’re auditing, I won’t be able to comment on your video. If you’d like, you can still sign up for a working spot. Otherwise, feel free to ask questions throughout the course. Also read the posts from the working spots students—you will get something from those too. Glad to have you here!
Bobbie Bhambree
ParticipantOk. If you can manage a working spot, I encourage you to do so. That way I can see video. Otherwise, read the other working student posts as we move through the course. You will get a lot out of it. 🙂

ParticipantWelcome! The video link didn’t work. Can you try uploading it to YouTube and then posting that link?
Does Ryker attack anything else in his life? Vacuum? Chases or lunges at cars? Skateboards? Scooters? Joggers? Bicycles?
Bobbie Bhambree
ParticipantHi Debbie! Thanks for joining this course! Have you considered a working spot? I think I can better help you this way. Otherwise, read the experiences of the other working spot students. There several with the same issues and you will get a lot from their journeys as well.

ParticipantWelcome Donna! First off, agility is hard! There are so many things to negotiate as a dog.
So here’s the bad news…I strongly encourage you to pause on trialing for a few months. The good news is I have been in the same shoes as you so I know how to help you! This course is the right place for you. Do you have videos of you sequencing at home that I could see? In class? A seminar?
Have you considered a supplement that can help reduce anxiety? Solloquin: https://www.solliquin.com/. It could help and it’s over-the-counter.

ParticipantHi Margaret! Welcome! What have you tried with Kelsie? What tips have you received in the past from other instructors? Do you have a startline routine? Where does Kelsie stay when at a trial–in a crate in the building?
Do you have any videos of her in class and sequencing at home? I’d like to see if there is a comparison.
Bobbie Bhambree
ParticipantWelcome Susan! Feel free to ask questions throughout the course as an auditor. 🙂

ParticipantWelcome! So I watched the first video and I thought to myself, I only see a couple of issues with handling. Then after watching the second video, I saw the issue the moment the two of you walked to the startline.
What do you believe the issue is? Or issues are? What I am seeing is a dog who has trouble focusing in the trial environment, probably because of some level of anxiety. I have only seen these three videos, so this is just a theory for now.
Do you find he is better at home and in class versus trials? Do you have any videos of you from class? What about sequencing at home?
Bobbie Bhambree
ParticipantHello Carlene and welcome! This class will absolutely help with your dog’s reactivity. All of the exercises will help, and certain ones are specific for reactivity. Has your dog ever bitten another dog? Does she bark and lunge? How close does the other dog have to be before she stars reacting? How easily can you get her to focus on you after reacting? Does she have any dogs friends? Can she make new dogs friends?
Bobbie Bhambree
ParticipantHello Kim! Welcome! I can only provide coaching for one dog. Which one would you like for me to focus on? You are welcome to sign up for a second spot for the other dog. 🙂
