I’m guessing a tad over 19″ based on being next to Ti.

I wondered about that extra step she put in, you probably mentioned that in the pdf and I missed it! I was using 5′ for spacing. Did you feel that was the appropriate distance for her?

I didn’t finish either one. What should I adjust for Josie to not skip the bounce from 4 -5? I really like how she was jumping though.

We seem to be ok on one jump from tunnel. Then I lose her. Is it better to throw a little early to get the 2nd jump? Or do more practice with one, but farther from tunnel?

Sorry about the barking, Ti was proofing us😬
I think I deleted audio on some of it.

Once I remembered where to look😛😛

I think we need to spend more time on this one. The step back sends are so awkward for me. I need to drill them, then add the dog. 😊

I started with the jumps more spread out, but thought they’d be too far to bounce. Watching her jump, I think they would have been ok.
I think of her as little, but she’s got a nice stride.

I did a few “go” at the end, but didn’t have the camera set up to get the wing I used and want to do more going the other way. I was really happy with her set point, curious to hear what you think.

    Some tunnels and sits.

She squeals if she thinks she’s behind….

Josie LOVES her tunnels. I have a harder time keeping her out then getting her in!!

Ok, so I really can’t handle the BC starting DOL. I cut out about 2 minutes of doing post turns and walking it without Her.

So pillbug may not have been my best showing, lol!,
It was fun though and it was good to do some training not on home turf.

I think we need to spend more time on distracted go’s!!

I would love to experiment with running contacts, but not with her!! Maybe Ti:)
For now, she will be stopping on all of them.

This is longer than it needed to be for shaping wings, but I wanted to show you some play. She does not like my hands on her when she’s tugging. She also is a not a die hard tugger. If she’s tugging and we go to the leave the ring, she will just drop the toy. Or when we do recalls, she’ll be tugging hard and as we get back closer to the holder, she’ll drop the toy. I tried really hard in this session to stay engaged with her. I did lose her a few times, but got her right back. She LOVES tugging on the smallest things possible and often gets my hand when she’s regripping. Even when I use the 10′ long tug, she jumps up to get the piece that’s in my hand. Ugh. I’ve taken multiple ones for the team to get the tug drive, but geesh! The one time she backed off the ball was because I yelped.
I’m also trying not to bend over her and have her tug in front of me. Sometimes physically that’s how I end up though. When I can get her on my side, I get the diggin in kind of tug.

She’s the best toy dog at this age that I’ve had. I really like how she can go back and forth between food/toy. I just wish I could get more on the toy around distractions. Last night I opened up the ring gating and tugged her in and out and kept her tugging along the crates. She will typically drop the tug around the ring gating and just run to her crate. I’m trying to reprogram that thinking for her and especially me.

I’ve been doing some sends to target, but hadn’t done much with opposing motion.
We’re still struggling with the collar grab in certain situations like in training. So just taking it slow to work the focus forward. I said the word yes which I shouldn’t have. It’s a marker word. I also waited too long which is so obvious with the camera staring at her face😁this was our first time playing this.

Sorry about the background barking. Ti is certain he can do these things way better than her.
