Here’s layering foundations. I have been working the “jump” verbal and I definitely need to use it. So it was a learning curve here to figure out which words to use. I did use the soft turn verbals here on the wing as well. She had trouble going to her left and I think she was also getting a little tired so I’ll go back to that side a different day.
I get so frustrated with these. Here’s concept transfer for rear crosses although it looks like I’m trying to do a bunch of wraps lol. Glad I was rewarding her every time because I kept thinking I was doing it right but then watched the video and nope.
Here is wind in your hair backside wraps. When I rewatched this it looks like I’m blocking the wing a lot.
Here is my nemesis: rear crosses. I’ve always had a really rough time executing these. Today was no exception lol. Please send help. However I thought my execution of the rears to the left looked decent!

Normally I measure but had to estimate instead because I was leaving to meet my parents for dinner. Next session I’ll make sure.

She just turned 11 months.
Here is the diamond. This was very frustrating for me because I COULD NOT make myself get the blind after the wrap to the left for some reason. Lu did great. I edited out me walking probably 10 minutes of this session lol. I’ll have to revisit another day.
We’ve been revisiting the sends and serps. Definitely been a bit of a struggle even with changing the angle of the jump pretty significantly. This was our most recent session and I think she’s starting to get it.
<You might have noticed that on a couple of reps she kept turning even with the toy placed straight past the 3rd jump. She was actually correct at :09/:56 and :31/:40 where you were saying turn turn turn and swing swing and she kept turning, ignoring the toy… the toy placement would require her to NOT turn on that last jump, so I loved that she continued to turn because the verbals said to keep turning.
So, to be sure we reinforce her for continuing to turn: either place the toy so that she keeps turning to get it (it will be right in front of you) or have it in your hands.>
That’s a really good point I didn’t even think about. She really was listening! I will do that on the next session.
So, this went well LOL. Or not. Here is finding the jump. There was a lot of failure during this but I was trying to figure out what I could do to help her. I changed where the jump was, changed the angle of the tunnel exit, had less speed into the tunnel, out her toy in front the jump, etc. We did finally get it at the end when I put the jump directly in front of the tunnel where she could NOT miss it. The last few reps where she did get it, I didn’t toss the toy purposely because she was going so fast I didn’t want her to tumble going after it.
