On the SERPs and threadles I needed to keep repeating the ‘close’ word, spaced it

Using an iPad, and when I try to play the videos on the Agility site here, most of the time I get the spinning wheel of death, but it never loads and plays?

I only got a error message after I hit the submit button, first the spinning disk of death happened, an error message flashed and then it disappeared. Including all the videos, weirdness

OH Holy Crap! I GAVE the old guy the wrong direction names, THATS just pitiful! But in spite of his handler, he did a great job! Sighhhhhh……. OY I need a white board with lefts and rights, plus the whole nine yards of verbals! Was funny, I didn’t even realize that I was doing it.

I have noticed that on a stay he defaults to a down, I didn’t feel very strongly about whether he sat or was down in a stay. But the hand que, without the verbal, he sits nicely. AND add to the white board to work BOTH sides.

I loved it when he took the toy to the prop! He was having such fun! I was watching carefully for any movement of him wanting to break, he’s just a hoot.

Keeping watch for him when we’re trying to reconnect makes sense, I wasn’t sure if coming along side was enough or if I needed him him to be full looking at me, THANKS

I WAS sooo not sure of my placement, ESPECIALLY with a BC, I’ve never done them before these classes! VBG, although it was a dead give away watching me trying the maneuvers. Sid is so patient with me. AND he stuck with me, no matter what. Putting the toy in your pocket makes sense, I was having a bit of a time balancing the timing with it, that’s exactly the right thing to do instead of juggling it from hand to hand!

THANK YOU so much, I need a white board for sure

WOW, I never thought of the praise as being a distraction, but you’re right, the get it made it much more effective and clear.

I just can’t seem to break myself from keeping my hands too high for him, but he tries his heart out. Makes sense that changing the level would enable him to get better hind leg movement……. And it makes sense that when I get my mechanics 🧰 in gear, he’ll get better at rest foot movement with three!

Yeahhhhh, I’ve been letting him release on the hand que for the threadle, definitely needs work on me!

My timing on the head turn needs work! AND using my words! Dogs are just brilliant……
