ParticipantI love these games with him, especially when he comes to find me. The snuffle mat was SO fun for him, was nice to see the shift in his attitude. The find yer face game is priceless! When and if you disconnect that lil face looking for you, it’s the best. But he knows his Mom is weird to begin with!
Yeah,my timing was rewarding for the jump. Will watch that better next time, you are SO good at spotting all the nuances! THANKS

ParticipantWOW, the degree of how high I lifted my arms made a big difference or too high like pointing ahead raised a big question for him. It seems like every day they amaze me with how attentive to the least little movement we give. Dogs just amaze me all the time. I just didn’t catch it the first time I watched it. Where and how I was placing my arms plus the pointing ahead threw him because it changed his line for him. And he picked up on it, even when I was sending him to the wrong line he adjusted accordingly. Good boy, handler needs some work!

ParticipantKept having problems with that last line of jumps, think my positioning was wrong and I was inadvertently pushing him off and away? Felt like I was just in the wrong place? Sorry it was long, but I wanted to leave all my mistakes in…….

ParticipantWorking on Pattern #5, sorry it’s so long. But I found the mistake’s interesting, especially Sids choices when I probably didn’t handle it clearly
Think it was better this time

ParticipantThanks SO much! The timing on 3 to 4 makes all the difference for him! And when he took the off course, he was EXACTLY correct, good boy. Doing the wrong thing THAT Mom told him to do! Dogs are so honest, if there’s a mistake, we’ve told them to do it! When we’re working, and a mistake happens, I go back on the film to see what I did wrong.
Kept hearing your voice in my head about the slice angle, we worked on that a bit, so I could cue him better, they’re just so smart……
You’re so good in your observations, it REALLY helps us

ParticipantTHANKS! It’s been beginning to feel like he’s getting more comfortable with me RC ing. I see what you mean, THAT is something to work on. He’s such a good boy! He’s REALLY loving the game
No worries, as long as you get from point a to point b safely, is all that matters! -
