Week 2s videos. Not over the top thrilled with speed. The reflex games have helped a little.

The courses at the seminar were not real technical. The run I sent you was the first run of the morning. One of the focuses on this run was start line stays. The next time I ran it- I ran with her. I very seldom lead out as she does do better when I run with her.
I got way ahead in hopes that she would “chase” me and speed up. Then I ended up stopped at the tunnel, awaiting her arrival. Stuck in a bad spot! I agree I should have waited for her at the exit- as motion gains motion. I can run much harder, it was exhausting to cheerlead each obstacle!
I Am not sure what you mean by
Opposition games? She is super food motivated. Not into toys… her top 10 include food, pool diving, and other treats. I do have a rabbit lined food ouch that I throw and she will chase it.
I never know which Emma I have at the start line. That makes it difficult also.

The first is at seminar. The second is a random trial run.

Between December and Mid Marchnwe were trialing 3 out of 4 weekends a month. Our ups was 3.8- 4.5 at that time. Since then we still practice 3x/week, but her performance was sad. She is not battling any illness- just has slowed. Note, she historically does Not do well at seminars. She scopes a lot and run very cautiously.
