I use dig, dig, dig for both sides when she is wrapping back towards me.

Yes, it was with Jordan. Great seminar, learned a lot and have some homework to do.

And jumping right in last night. Here is game 1. I was overall pleased except she had one huge turn out of her wrap. I wish I had better video because I am wondering if I didn’t run straight out of the wrap. So, I need to watch that.

Here is the second video. I have lost my stay before she gets on the board so I need to fix that, but I wanted to send you video. That is why I am holding her back so she won’t jump on the board before I am ready. The game is helping her confidence and drive. I can see improvement on the end behavior. I put the target back on and she was better about staying and touching and waiting for her release.

I’ll send another video today. I think you are right about confusion. We just moved to plank work on her running contact work. I need to be very clear and consistent on my verbals…teeter-touch and her dw has entirely different commands.

Here is lesson #9. On one of the reps, she didn’t get all the way on the board and got a bit worried. I tried to reward her a lot for getting back on and verbally praising her, hopefully it was enough. She didn’t want to stay on the board after that. I did one additional rep after that so we ended on a good note.

Thoughts? Keep working on this game? Go back a step?

    I will work on those!

Here is the rebound game. I didn’t see any issues. I was holding the end pretty high and dropping it. She slipped off in the last rep, but you can see her fight to get on there. I hate for those things to happen, but I am glad it happened in training. She didn’t seem to care though.

She wasn’t self releasing. She was being very good staying on until I released her. I don’t think I could run by and have her stay on yet, but she was allowing me to stand up and walk around which is a huge accomplishment.

Here is her bang game. I left her target on the end. She has more drive for the bang game when I did it this session. She was slipping towards the end (my teeter is not rubberized. The one we have been using at the training center is rubberized) and I was having trouble getting the target to stay on. That being said, she did really well. I have only done one session of her end behavior with your suggestion of changing reward placement. She didn’t self release yesterday and I was able to stand up and walk around.

Lesson #3-End behavior. I taught her to nose touch a target. I found out I need to work my release (eek. bad trainer moment). She is releasing on movement, not verbal. Sometimes, she chooses to self release and get back on.

I really need to clean this up. Suggestions? What about her end behavior nose touch? Okay? Thoughts?

Here is Lesson #2 (back and forth on the mini teeter). I don’t see any issues here. I also put it on a hard floor and she was fine with the noise.
