Know Me will be my first Flyball dog, but I should have said I have been following flyball for a while. I am a semi-retired theatrical animal trainer. I coach agility as well as competing in agility myself. I’ve also competed in obedience, rally, ASFA lure coursing with Whippets and Borzoi, field work with spaniels and retrievers, and tracking. My dogs do a lot of trick stuff too. I used to do scent hurdle racing in the 1980s.

I breed Border Collies and have known Deb Norman forever, my partner’s first BC was from Quicksilver, and the sire of our most recent litter is a Quicksilver dog. So when I got Know Me (Tart/Homie) from Julie I thought he would do well in flyball.

If I can learn enough, I’ll start my own team. We will see how our journey goes.

You come highly recommended by Julie. Very excited to be taking this class!
