This was a very impromptu session!
In another class, we had been working on distance to a backside. However, we were using the dog side arm. It’s been on my mind so I tried it with extreme connection and the other arm. This was the first try and I quit after this 🤣Thanks Tracy! I was definitely working on all the things here. And my good girl worked right along with me🤪

I had a small amount of time to work shifting connection. This floor is very slippery, so no bars are set.

Yes there was a tunnel and I had turned the opening slightly away. I ran my older girl on this and she also grabbed the tunnel 🤔

This is my exit line connection with a front cross. I had trouble with where to place the reward with the spin. I should have brought my dog to the other side of my body. Next time! (I hope!)
Okay, here is my first go at connection 🤪. I apparently thought I should do a front cross at the 1st wing rather than just a post turn 😳.

I was more than happy with Maya’s first trial experience thanks to your support and training.At this trial, I also used the up/down game with my older golden who has some ring issues. We had one of the best runs in years!
