ParticipantHi, Tracy,
We did 2 sessions of In-In today. Here is the 2nd sessinn:IN-IN Again 28Oct2021
I just checked your video as to when to begin the motion out of the In-In. I was waiting until Nuptse was turning to the bar before moving. You began as the dog came around the wing.
We did some more Turning trying to keep the feet moving into the d’s path to a minimum on the next post.

ParticipantHi, Tracy,
Thank you for narrowing down the training for the Threadle slice. Planting the ball on the landing side of thejump or eventually on the take off side of thejump, Nuptse was independently slicing the jump! Yay, at last, we are getting somewhere!!!! As I stood on the take off (TO) side of thejump watching Nuptse between Jump ! & 2, his eyes desscribed that he was going to slice jump #2! It was fun to watch. During that session, his only fault was when I stood on the left side of Jumps 1 & @, and told him to jump, he skipped jump #2. The threadle slicing was easy peasywith the planted ball!!!Training theThreadle Slice w-o Motion 27Oct2021

ParticipantHi, tracy,
Thanks for replying this AM. Tried yur suggestions. Nuptse is not responding!
Gotta change what is going on. At any distance, he cannot slice the jump w/o my handling! So, I thought that I should try fencig to show him the path. Will try when the Nor’ester stops!!Here is our turn away video. We have used this a lot because of turn away to tunnel off the DW & AF and WPs.

ParticipantHi, Tracy,
Thanks to your observations, we worked on taking the in-in bar w/o my help.
Nuptse still needs more training, esp, as I add more distance from the in-in jump.
You can see in the last clip, where I ran the full sequence, he wanted me to indicate the bar. He took it but was late in doing so. Of course, now,I can see that it would have been great to have rewarded for making that decision to take the bar!!!Training IN-IN to Mean Take The Bar 25Oct2021
Note, Nuptse is havingfun in the mean time!

ParticipantHi, Tracy,
Thanks for your observations and thanks for answering both days of this weekend!! Getting your thoughts on Nuptse’s and my performance helped us progress that much faster. Using the Toy planted in N’s path after the In-In slice is definitely something to keep maintaining, because of H’s distance elemnet.Training ‘IN-IN’ w Distance 24Oct2021
To be cont’d in the next section.

ParticipantHere is the discrimination part. In the full sequence,I should have used the throw back arm at #4 to get a straighter line for Nuptse.

Am loving all these exercises, because i am getting the feel of using the verbals & the timing of verbals much more plus the practice with these new trends.

ParticipantHi, Tracy,
Thank you for y our comments. And yes, on that Gamblers run, there was a jump on the gambler line between the A-F and the last jump. That is why I was yelling GO! GO! so emphatically!!! When Nuptse is on his game, he is so fun to run!!!
I tried to adhere to yourinfo on the FFC. aS YOUCAN SEE FROM THE FOLLOWING VIDEOS, I need more practice as to which arm to use and when!!!
What I am seeing now is that the threadle FFC is the FFC with 90 deg. less rotation and the FFC with the Throw back as sort of a blind cross.FFC & Threadle FFC 23Oct2021

ParticipantHi, again,
We began playing with the FFC Exercise. The handlilng seems different when standing farther from the jump. do youhave somethoughts on that?

ParticipantHi, Tracy,
What a difference saying Go-Tunnel!” vs just “Go!”!!!!Timing of Go-Tunnel & Directional Rt or Left 22ct202
Also, wanted to show you Nuptse’s UKI Gamble run, which was his first run of the trial. Unfortunately, the DW was beyond the camera lens!

ParticipantGood Evening!
Here is some of our Layering. This was definitely more fun for Nuptes!
I had trouble pointing my feet North along the jump line when I wanted nuptse to go West into the tunnel.
In the last 2 clip, I also found that i needed to stop for an instant while Nuptse committed to the tunnel.Layering tunnel w Jmp 21Oct2021
