ParticipantI repeated the Zig zag game – this time starting from further away, and rewarding the sit-stay more often. I should have gone back and watched your video again, as I’m not sure if I’m handling this right….

ParticipantSend and Serp – advanced – this time with the MM a little closer to jump to help bring her in. I tried to send her to wing from further away, to take a step toward the wing to help her with the “push” and to keep moving past the jump, with just my upper body and hand as cues to bring her in. I hope I did this right – she just had one oops, when she didn’t get the push behind.

ParticipantMinny Pinnies Left and right take 3 – this time starting a bit further away, and at less of an angle. A couple of times she went the wrong way – maybe because she was being impatient again…..

ParticipantHi Tracy – this is a question about your fb on the “find the jump” game. When you said to sometimes do a FC right before she goes into the tunnel – do you mean to do a FC after the wing wrap? – or when she exits the tunnel, so that I’ll end up on the other side of the jump?

ParticipantAnd we also tried the Zig-Zag game for slice jumping foundation.

ParticipantHere is our first try at the Find the Jump game.

ParticipantWe tried the Left and Right Minn Pinny again – this time she nailed the left turn straight away!

ParticipantSo today we repeated the Serp n Send game – this time at the advanced level, moving the wing away. She did well until the last one (which was about 6ft away) – took a couple of attempts before we got it right….

ParticipantSend & Serp game
I thought she did really well with this!

Minny Pinnies left and right – this is my second attempt at posting this, so it may appear twice. She had problems with the turn to the left when she had to turn away from me.Juliet Weissberg
ParticipantToday we tried the Tunnel exit turns game for Wk 2. Yowza loved this game, and I think as long as I gave the verbal cues on time she responded well, though some of her turns were wide.

ParticipantWind in yer Hair – yes, I think this is Yowza’s favorite game! – we repeated with the toy on ground, far from the jump (so far, you can’t see it! :D) While the toy didn’t distract her from doing the wrap, she did decide it was quicker to skip the jump and just go round it a couple of times :I

ParticipantWe also repeated the tunnel/wrap game – this time consistently using motion. No problem with her being distracted this time – though I don’t think there were any background noises this time. However, she did touch, and then actually knock down, the wing – so should I be using a barrel or a cone for this game?
Juliet Weissberg
ParticipantWe repeated the wrap verbals pre-game – this time I tried to keep a much quieter voice tone. So appreciated your input on this, as my voice certainly seems to make a difference to her ability to focus. Here’s a short clip of our session.
