6 inches. Got it, and then higher.

Okay. I’ll check out Clean Run, and on her web site she has an e mail, I can probably ask her. Thanks! Rained yesterday. No video’s. 🙁

Raise the board on cider blocks. Yea I have some. But how high do you go? And then she jumps off the ends every time for the treat? I’m confused.
Yea I want to do a running DW and AF. I haven’t started yet. I should. lol. I am undecided if I want to take all my notes and seminar stuff from Dawn Weaver and use that. Or Like you said a long time ago that Jordan Biggs is good at teaching it. Sometimes I am better with guidance. What kind of “system” does Jordan use? The matt? I can check her out on AU too. I’ll do that. Or I think you said Clean run learning center too. Thanks!

Plank confidence. Motion and turns. The motion went really good. She liked that. The turns……were okay. I think at first I was tossing the treat too sharp? Making the turn too close to the board? So then at around 1.37 I made it more gradual the toss for the turn. Then she had room to straighten out too.

Plank confidence. Baby level. This went pretty good. I had her walk on the board and give her treats when she was younger. But haven’t done it since I set up my DW. The throwing went good. At .55 she figures out the game and picks up the pace saying. “Wee…I know how to do this now!” lol. The hardest part for her was finding the treat in the grass. lol. 1.30 she gets distracted on the board. Looking ofr treats? The other side went good too.

Hi! Do the FC at .07. Like start showing it before… she enters. Boy that’s a new one. Don’t think I ever do that. Great! I will work on that. For Jedi too. :). Yea. I think I am pretty consistant with the “Out jump” verbal. But I’ll make sure I am. But yea, I need to turn sooner. I can see that when she dropped the bar now. She is practically over the bar when I turn. So….late. I didn’t realize that. This is a good video. Yea. I’ll get rid of the AF then I will have more room. Weee!!! Then she will fly!!! lol. Yea. She turned a year July 5th. Stay low for training, so much to do. YOu got that right! No I am in NO……hurry to trial. No way. Lots of time. Add some height to the jump grids. The last bar. Got it. This wed. we start to go to Bonnies again sinse my foot surgery. Yay! Thanks Tracy!

I watched some of the Zoom seminar. This is the Lazy game with the tunnel and then the verbals. NOt too lazy though. lol. Hmmm…..I noticed in the video most people are giving a Left,L,L…Rights. I’m not saying jump for the first jump I am saying “Out jump” Out jump means take the top jump in a pinwheel and come back. So I’m not usinf the L and R. verbals. And then “Tunnel, tunnel, tunnel before the jump going into the tunnel. She went wide once at .41 You can see her go wide off of the top jump. But she needs to come in, right? Maybe I have this too tight. I’m get the A-frame out of there and do some more of these, spaced out. I’m jumping 8 inches. DId it say somewhere that this class eventually teaches them to jump full height? Maybe I am wrong. lol. Oh, I think you missed a video. The baby level One-step sends. Before the ones with the FC’s. Maybe I’m wrong again. LOL.

One-step Sends and exit line connection. This is the last course with the FC. Went pretty good. A few bluupers. .58 I just wasn’t thinking. wasn’t ready and she kinda went for the toy. I have to put the toy away. Ha,ha! 1.49 she comes out chewing cheese. Must have had to big of a chunk. lol. I’m trying really hard to connect out of the tunnel and then step. I’m actually trying to connect the whole time. This was really fun. Oh. I’m in the process of watching the Last seminar you posted. I think you said they had some good tunnel stuff in there. I’ll get on it!

One-step sends and Exit line Connection. This is the baby step stuff and the next courses. I did this earlier in the day and was not happy. I did not connect and step. So I redid it later and really tried to get the connection and it was much better. And the one step here. Maybe I am not close enogh to the tunnel that you want? But other wise it was really fun and she picked up on it fast. I’m trying really hard to connect. And then that turns me a little too, right? So she don’t come in.

Oh. I’m a little confused on the Video Submissions recomendations. You only want 4 reps? Or is that just on the jumping stuff? These are under two minutes so I did not edit. What if the jumping ones are just kept under 2 minutes? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNHj3mw5fyM

The Lazy Game. Advanced level. This was fun. At .15 she came in. Sometimes she came in at first. But then I tried harder to wait for her at the cookie toss and then show some excel to get her moving out. .40 had some nice excel and decel. She reads that. At .52 she was focused too much on me?? At 1.16 you can see me waiting for her to start coming and not taking off with out her so I can just go one step in and turn. That works good. I think I noticed how you did that in the video. Start BACK…with her. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KE8WQPAFms8

Race track, Tandem turn. Added the race track here and did what you said, stayed on the parallel line to the wing. Yea. That worked good! Didn’t move towards the wing. And emphasied come to my hand. And then when she gets to the wing she knows what to do. Cool. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cg7G1WTukBc

Oh, I have a question. You did you say puts on a good Running contact class? Jordan Biggs? Can’t remember. I have all my notes and video’s from when I did it with Dawn Weaver with Jedi. And I’m sure I could train Ruby with that. But sometimes it is nice to have eye’s watching as you go along. Thanks.

Did some of these. Yea. That worked much better. I waited and let her get closer to my hand. She’s really catching on to this. I got some distance too.

Turn aways, Tandem turn. Baby level. Yea the cookie toss worked good. hhmmm….I think I need to keep my arm still. Not sure why I wave it like that. In my mind I’m thinking she can see it better. But I think it is the opposite. At 1.36 I do more of the luring. I think I need to back it up and do some more of that. Slow it down, really get her attention with the MCH. I see you did that in the video sometimes. But over all. This didn’t go too bad. She gets it. Once she was near the wing, she just turned and went around it really nice.

Wk 6 Rocking horses, turn aways. I actually had this ready to go, before my surgery but never got to it. Now I am a little more mobile and can “step”. So figured I would do it. Baby level. This is the lap turn. Really have to stay connected with her. Hmm…later I thought I should toss the cookie to get her going. I did that on the Tandem turn coming up. That worked pretty good. But, this didn’t go too bad. Hmmm…..maybe I could even Send her to a wing or barrel and start to do the Rocking horse too. I’ll try it. Still can’t move too much or anything, but it’s getting better. 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4b_-eSpy7Y

Bad mommy! lol. “She looked really good on the last rep.” Yea, I thought that was nice. Once I got the distance correct. Thanks!!
