Hi and thank you for the feedback.

With the comments, I will set something. Up outside early next week – on a plane to B & D Creekside rn to judge a UKI trial this weekend- you should come!

When does the course end, please? I can never seem to find stuff – in life in general and here. ;~)

Hi! I caught a good portion of the webinar this morning and thought I would give it a try as well!

I left in the oops reps with the rest.

On one of the oopses, he comes barreling out of that tunnel so fast and can easily run past it. Would use of a verbal help here? Me laying off to the left more?

Also, trying to be vocal but I feel
Like it may have caused the two bar drops. Not certain about that, but it feels
    That way.

Oh, and you asked in the last post about the Leslie exercises. Mostly grids – some slight curves – to help him use his rear legs. And pretty neat exercises to strengthen and creat awareness of said rear legs.

I look forward to your thoughts on how this exercise went!

Here are some variations on the serp drill released most recently.

I don’t know why but I kept using the wrong verbal.

    Comment an appreciated in advance.

    Fluffy blinds and fabulous fronts.

I had some difficulty executing this exercise correctly at first. Wet happy with Bob though.

    Hiya, stranger!

Been working but not doing much recording. Here’s one though!
This is just an exceptionally difficult one for us!

PS. Acknowledging that I said “here” WAY too often in the lap turn drill.

    Some video for you!

On the jumping drill, I’ve been using 3’ steps on the last jump. In the videos you use 5’ but I *think we were using 3’ I. The last session. Hope I’m not kray.

He went around the jump when I tried to raise it from 10” to 12” on one rep. What I think should be relatively easy for him, Bob has other ideas. So I didn’t push it.

The lap turn drill is easily the hardest thing we’ve tried. I think we’re getting there but please do tell me how to proceed. It’s hard AF. 😊

Oh, on the accordion, should he be hopping vs. single striding at the first jump movement location? It’s a long hop! And should I be moving the bar in 3 or 5’ increments as we proceed with this drill?

    Thanks in advance!!

Acknowledging your comments! Shall I do both exercises and resubmit?

On the ladder: I did stand him for a few reps and it was ugly. At one point you had said you thought he might benefit from a standing start, so I tried it. I’ll go back to the sit-start.

I had so much trouble with the lap turn around the wing that I didn’t submit it. I think I will do some reps without a jump then try the jump again.

Hey! I was away in Wyoming all week, so…

Here is something I shot right before I left. I’m a little obsessed with getting this one right.

I’ll look at the new exercises and try to build on this.

Just one exercise today. A few mistakes, but I felt it wasn’t bad. I’ve been encouraged to use my threadle verbal more.

I love how he didn’t take the tunnel on a few of the threadles, even though he had to pass through the tiniest of spaces to not do so.

Thanks for such a quick response!

On the ladder, I will set him up a few inches closer. I was initially sitting him too close! And, yes, this was the first time with three jumps. I will try again Monday (heading to Wyoming (Tuesday – Thursday).

On the RCS, I just didn’t do the left side. I will do that in our next session. I did do a few to a dead toy at the beginning, but didn’t think to roll tape. Remind me though, where is the correct place to place a toy for this exercise?

The Diamond. I did notice that I should have turned sooner at the middle wing. Being late seemed to cause him to turn wide out of that turn. Also, I see what you are saying about my decel at :56.

Thank you, Tracy. Have a bitchin’ Sunday!!

PS. Sir Robert is the most powerful dog I’ve ever ran. That Diamond drill felt pretty amazing.
