I started agility 7 years ago with my female Akita named “Zen” and she gave me the opportunity to learn the sport. She only worked if I did, so I had to run every step with her. I am now working with my 8 month old male Border Collie “Zyp”, who is the complete opposite and will force me to learn verbals since I won’t be able to keep up with him and he will need information much sooner.
