We went back to the park to encourage toy play. I kept it in my hand hoping it becomes the norm and he will be able to still work, that was my goal today . . , I shouldn’t have bent over, it’s habit and how we play . . . Anyway, I stepped on his foot and wanted to end on a positive, not negative so I got the lotus ball out. He seems so much faster with the lotus ball, maybe because he can’t see it. Anyway, please not the only reason it came out today was to end positively. Should I have done something differently?

I moved the target, is it far enough?.

Trying to remember not to say yes, hard habit to break, it has been my marker word forever, slipped out a couple of times, I really am working on it.

Ugh, totally missed that, thank you so much. I thought I was supposed to engage with him, hence the tapping. Super happy I can throw. Should I also race him to it for more engagement from me. I’m sorry to be such a pain. I’m just trying Tom do things correctly. Thanks you again!!!

So no feedback on working with the frisbee, was it that bad? Should I not do it anymore. I know my connection and reward rate sucked, working diligently on that, I promise, rewarding everything, but was there enough toy play and interest with the frisbee if I set a timer, or no? Go back to the lotus ball? Thank you.

Thank you. Is it okay if he goes back down by himself, little stink, the only way I could get him of the board was by stopping and then picking him up. When I continue past the end and then turn around to go back the darling little stink turns around and runs to the bottom so we can start again. Hoping that’s okay. Thanks.

He is going to have 2o for dw 4o for teeter.

I was going to have two commands, but as we progress I’m thinking the way we are teaching the teeter that “teeter” is the only command I need (but I’m usually wrong)?

If that is the case and because I use touch with the other two (and that’s probably what will come out of my mouth) and haven’t put words to dw yet, I may just use touch all the way around. Am I thinking along the correct lines or should I stay with two different commands (sorry to be so dense 😔). Thank you.

Sorry, I’m in the way 😔 I rewarded everything, only a couple of times did he only have one foot off.

Another quick question if I may? What jump height should we be working them at when starting to work something new, e.g. serps, etc?

    Thanks.

Went to Vicki’s when it got cooler to get some practice in. I need more connection on the blinds.

I started with a frisbee which he loves at home, but he quickly lost interest so went to the lotus ball. I can easily hide it in my pocket. This was our first attempt for all of these.

Vicki is the best friend ever, lol. And I need to remember strong connection!

Did a little plank practice. I think he was doing better toward the end, but confident I’m doing it wrong. Anxious for feedback.
