So with relaxation, I will be going treats continually? She will offer behaviours very quickly. Her face wrinkles just don’t relax.😂 Thank you for the feedback.

Hi Bobbie. I read the Measuring Resilience lesson (and the article you provided). I will try to video, but, honestly, I don’t know if I can accomplish that. The majority of the time, these occurrences happen when I am by myself. Short of wearing a Go Pro, this might not be possible. I have a log of the occurrences and could add times to the events.
I had a couple this week – in the backyard, my neighbor’s landscape worker came to chat with me at the fence. JJB went ballistic charging the fence, jumping up on the fence, barking, and then backing up 5’ and doing it all over again. She wouldn’t come to me. I threw treats down…she picked through them. I continued my chat and a few minutes later, she was at the fence on her hind feet checking him out. The whole time he had his hands resting on the fence. He eventually reached down and softly petted her ears. I didn’t tell him to do that. She relaxed into it.
Will this kind of report work when I have no video? I do have a couple of other things that happened this week.
I’m going to submit a video of how she relaxes when we sit outside and watch the world.
