    Hi Tracy,

Here’s a video showing the bank n forth game where I waited a bit for her to look at me. I do think she was looking up at my hand though!

I also redid the 1-2-3 Touch with no food in my hand.

And the video also has her “hop it up” and spin movement tricks. I need to teach her more because sit, down, stand, bow are probably not very interesting.

    Thanks for feedback!

And yes, she loves the Chuck It ball in class as well as during NFC runs at trials 75 % of the time for trials.

    Hi Tracy,

    Thanks for the feedback!

We do not have any trials in different facilities on the books for her. I am just doing a few UKI@Home trial ones instead. That one she excels in because it is in our backyard!

Luna is a HUGE foodie! But, she loves her Chuck It ball a lot too! Loves to chase and catch it.Will not tug with him in the ring environment or even in class but will tug at home!

I will review the games you mentioned in your reply and do them with her. This week so far, I only got to the pattern games. Here is our practice session of back n forth, up & down, and 1-2-3-touch.

    Thank you!

    Hi Tracy,

I got back home to MD at 1:00 am on Sunday July 19. I worked on 1-2-3 nose touch then treat with Luna later that morning and we trialed several hours later.

I added the 1-2-3 nose touch to our warm up routine prior to entering the ring. Should have gotten someone to record it. But I realize that I should have tried the same 1-2-3 nose touch as we walked inside in the ring to the start line.

I am sharing the 4 videos of Luna’s runs on Sunday at this UKI trial.

She obviously went to say hi to ring crew and judge…. Had to get her back a few times. One time, I even got her by the collar which is frowned upon I know. While she has really nice weaves outside of the trial environment, she seems to occasionally be so stressed at weaves that she will run by them or find weave entry but not complete the weaves.

Please help….. I am going to go through the rest of Week 1 stuff this eeek as well with her.

For context, she is 2.5 y/o. Started trialing last year in August but then we had to work through her being afraid of the GO or Ready sound at startline. Then it was a lot of visiting ring crew or judge. And we have been working through that but can’t seem to get past it.

    Thanks!
