Prop with countermotion. I also added some patterning as she was really distracted. It was so windy yesterday which was creating lots of noise and movement in the yard.

    And Rear Crosses

These are all the things that I don’t notice when I am working my pups! Thanks for the great feedback! He is brilliant, for sure!

Here is adding one wing! Going to build the sequence today.

    Here is our first session

As you can see, Scotch has a 27 foot “bubble”, which is a big part of our problem. Mostly my fault, due to a completely ruptured hamstring, which required a long recovery with my not being able to run, let alone walk for a few months. As a result, we did a lot of “distance” work in my back yard. He is a working bred border collie that loves to flank and thinks collection is for cats. I am very pleased with the outcome of this session as he started out saying “yeah, since your so close, I’m just going to go around this way”.

OK, the trees are gone, the noise and people are gone, and I have my backyard. It’s a dirt pit, but it works.

    Here is Prop Game 2.
In my backyard, she did really well, and then something scared her. However, she was able to come back and engage with the prop! Good little Phire!!

More backing up. I had to go to sitting in a chair when I added the pad behind her. Now trying to transition to standing. I’ve learned that she doesn’t generalize well at all. lol. A lot of crazies going on at my house, I’m having several very large trees removed and it’s making training a challenge. Lots of noise and people. I’m going to have to catch up when they are done. Hopefully that will be Wednesday.

Raised Plank. Someone called me and it stopped my video without me knowing. I had trouble getting her to “down” on the plank. She doesn’t like the surface. She won’t down on my Cato board either.

More goat tricks. The second video is a bit long because she was working through some huge distractions. So proud of my little ⭐️
