Here’s the latest video after practicing with MM. I find she’s best at the beginning with the stay, but then that wears out and tossing food to start is better. Hope we are finally getting this!
Pearl tunnel games 2 – double whammy
First side (starting on right) seemed to go well. Something changed when I switched sides. She kept going to the tripod. Maybe there was something I was doing…..🤔

I’ve ordered a manners minder…..but it won’t arrive till tomorrow. I didn’t want to wait any longer to try this out. I did a send video with the threadle and then serp but I won’t post that. I’ll try again after your comments and after I try with the MM.
Pearl perch work
She’s been in a perch since she was a baby…but I hadn’t done the walk over bump part. Of course i hurried it and had to back up!

Watching this back it didn’t look right. Was I supposed to move away from the jump after she came around? I remained standing there delivering cookie….but that’s not the picture she would normally see.
Got it! Thanks for all the feedback. We are off to baby obedience seminar tomorrow. She has to learn early to switch back and forth! I should be able to work the remote reinforcement stuff there….as it will apply to both. But I won’t do the obedience exercises. I’m not much of a “trick trainer” so I didn’t have many things to string together!

I should have had my cheese already cut up. Watching myself bite, spit, and put on the table was gross. Yes – I did disinfect the table when I was done!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Is there a “next level” class after this one? we are more than half way – bummer! Not sure what I’ll do with all my free time if I’m not being held accountable for training! I don’t want to miss signing up for a working spot.
Close for tunnel threadle? In In for slice threadle? Trying to stay with what instructors here use. Also – old dogs learn to change better than old ladies!
Again….what I’m thinking is that I wish you were closer! I’ve been working so hard on the stays (waits) that I’m overusing them. I’ll try this again with the cookie toss.
