Continue to give your pup the best start in agility with amazing foundations! In this second session of the MaxPup series, you’ll continue to teach the pup handling skills, while also adding proofing games and begin the foundation to teach amazing jumping skills!
All of these will be presented as fun games that stimulate your puppy’s mind without overworking their growing body. Get your puppy ready for an amazing career by teaching phenomenal foundations!
You can also “Choose Your Adventure” to participate in a traditional online format, and you can also include LIVE group classes! Want more interaction and instant live feedback? Choose one of the LIVE options to supplement your learning! This class will give you an entire library of skills to help prepare for an amazing agility future!
Continue to expand your pup’s knowledge of handling skills, challenge him with fun proofing games, and begin teaching her how to use her body with fun jumping foundation games! This class continues the fun we started in the MaxPup 1 Special Edition Supersized, and helps move you and your pup to the next level in your training and teamwork!
We will be focusing on:
- Building independent commitment
- Solidifying verbals
- Learning handling ALL the handling moves
- Getting amazing teamwork
- Playing proofing games
- Developing a start line routine
- Teaching important skills for jumping foundation
- Building connection
- And more!
Every game will feature two levels:
- How to get started on the flat and with wings/tunnel
- How to progress the game with jump wings, jumps, and a tunnel

- Equipment needed (working participants only):
- 3 jumps and jumps bars or bumps (ideally wing jumps but can be wingless jumps), 2 barrels, 1 tunnel (10 feet or longer so it can curve slightly) and tunnel bags.
- Space required (working participants only):
- All games can be played in small spaces. All you need is a small, clear space and good footing! We can tweak any and all of the games to fit your space 🙂
Independent Study
Independent Study students can view and read all videos/assignments/posts from instructor and working students, but student will not be able to communicate with the instructor in the Forum.
