Reward your dog! Learn how to install and utilize a series of simple reinforcement procedures that will help improve EVERYTHING about your training and trialing!

Reinforcement is the key to successful training and competition. Reinforcement procedures are simple training techniques designed to help you solve a variety of problems, improve skills, reduce frustration, train ‘self-control’, improve engagement & focus, increase speed, and teach the dog to compete brilliantly without rewards in your hands or pockets! We will be addressing reinforcement procedures involving both toys and food, and how to use both (or neither!). And best of all: they are simple and FUN!

This class is perfect for all levels, from puppies who are just getting started all the way through international-level competitors! You’ll learn how to use clean mechanics and easy reinforcement procedures to produce amazing results and transfer your skills to the competition ring. This class will cover critical reinforcement procedures from foundation to advanced levels, taking you and your dog from the very start all the way through high level applications and the competition ring!

    • Live ZOOM calls for more ideas and discussions as well as Q&A! These will also be recorded and posted.
• Equipment needed (working participants only):
  • No specific equipment is needed. We can apply these games to any equipment that you have available, ranging from cones/barrels/wings all the way up to full courses!
• Space required (working participants only):
  • These games can be played in any available space.
