    Hi

I still want to kill you….

Here I did one of the latest skill the circle wrap on jump 3. Used this one as set up similar to one of pup and time limited. Sorry when I set up camera I hadnt looked at what we were doing where so this is hidden behind tunnel but questions were all at the layering and turns. The wrap was no problem to my surprise. Was pleased with how this session went. I did spread it out more than on the course plan apart from wrap which was still close- also restricted my camera and couldnt quite get all in shot.

havent had a chance to try non verbals yet it will be interesting.

I did start to work on the serptines but it was a hot mess. I need to go back and do some more wait work around jumps as finding it hard to get these more technical turns as I end up rused and not in right place. In hisight I should have put a wing out there to buy me time. Am going to take soe of these exercises on one jump or wing inside as things will be calmer there. She get mad when I keep stuffing up.

    Hi
Found phone- 48 hours without – a nightmare

Ha when I watched the videos my cheat tunnel verbal made no difference. I am unsure how to get that handling line as felt almost straight but it wasnt but it didnt feel like a turn either. I also wasnt impressed with my course walking either – seems was more mental than physical walking. On one I did change my mind from a front to a blind after I ran it but fast changed back again as it was all wrong.

PS for someone who relies almost totally on verbals I felt I was very restrained on the verbals but had to keep biting my tongue.

Okay I did this but my phone has gone walkabout …. Comments was I lost connection a few times and others I moved too soon and pulled her off. I found that I couldnt manage the jump tunnel sends without a verbal – she either stopped and came back or went straight over the straight ahead jump. So I cheated there.

    Hope to find the video.

Hi I did this earlier in the week

It is one of the popoutsthink set 3.

I struggled with this perhaps because it was close as limited room but I also need to leave early I get stuck watching her rather than trusting her. I really need some numbers too!! sorry sun wrong place

I do curse you but appreciate you make me do things I wouldnt normally attempt lol

    Hi

    she loves tunnels

will the rain is back. I tried the ladder again. It was very slippery running slightly up hill so couldnt manage to get as fast. when I wasnt fast enougn rewarded her or just sent her somewhere . by the end of the session the rain was getting quite heavy she didnt care but I did. Throwing food didt work as it was too wet.

here is some with wobble board she is still no completely sure of value but is no longer worried

yesterday before it startedto rain did the commiting and racetrack with 4 wings. she was struggling to stay out but was working it out. a couple of times tried to send fro stationary to far away once in motion she has a good send.

I think I am struggling mre than she is .
couple sessions here some very mixed results here – mostly me I think.

The session with go, direction and rear. Light is in a bad place. Issues were she doesnt understand to go on – probably had the wing at end of tunnel too far as she was curling off just before it. The rears I could nt work out how to get there. will go back and rethink.

this session tried the discrimination- in hindsight erhaps should have done more with mat first- I did do some but mat is not her favourite might have been better with a target. but generally she didnt go to the tunnel which she loves but did give me a lecture on why should she do the mat- probably also mat usually do inside or when sitting at a show so a training gap here. I swopped to a toy reward part way thru to see if that helped as food is still not huge value even though saveloys

I tried to do something with tandem turn – I think I need to break it down more and toss treats (but then they jus get lost) as she didnt really understand what i was trying to get her to do and then I couldnt get my turn.

okay i did have a go at the drink game – think need to do on one of fusions courses where I have to move but it is good at making you think.

    Hi

Think I am back with better weather. Have done a couple of training sessions with mixed results hope to get edited tomorrow and then find some decent internet.

Here is the first one- the last live. Still getting my head around timing and then this thing called a spin. But think will help alot.

    Hi

Weather at the moment seems to be finally cooperating – just gopt to get myself back in progress. I have decided to work thru in order as some of these handling things are hard – for me anyway. She gets it right when I do … After watching the camp live the other day I am even more sure with these more crowded moves I need to break it down for me as I get myself flustered and lose her.. Camera not always cooperative

Okay so here is the start of the ladder work. Took me a while to sort this out – she had a question in the middle but we worked thru it

wobble board now reasonably happy offering and jumping on with no cushion. need to get uptodate video.
Wasnt sure whether to do the next level with seasaw but was working with fusion and she was interested.

I redid the lid in position on plank. It definitely worked alot better and got some staying on the plank and less business. did get the first one before camera died – this was first attempt with this and after this she worked it out

hope it stays fine and we get some more done to start to catch up[ rest week but hard when dark early and limit to how much can do in a session.

thanks this is all knew to me.

the lid we havent done for a while and she was very excited and she struggled a little slowing down but some good first attempts

also sunny and was home for a little while so did some of the wing and blind work plus one front cross. she is fast and covers the ground so fast. better toy releases today more boring toy algugh she nailed me with her teeth once- my fault i didnt release the toy properly

    Sorry for dumb questions

thought that might be the case that reasoning makes perfect sense- different thought processes for somethings with little dogs but may others similar..

is it easiest then to use the same for all contact gear

sorry a quick question- 1st time tiny dog owner

what position should I be working for 4on or 2on2 off- what controls the thought process

    hi

I dont have alot of access to a seasaw that is lower or adjustable will try to find

Yes I know my mechanics were causing issues with the rear- I struggled with fusion too – in the ring it just happens I dont have time to think … Willkeep working on this. Yes the other dog was a pain I put him away a few times but he kept getting let out – I gave up after a bit.
We are a bit behind because dark early and weather has been horrible so think got too focused on trying to get things done rather that leaving it early enougn.

Did get a little on wobble board- although I took pillow away I was still restricting it with my leg. I was surprised in how much effort she had to put in to hold herself. I hadnt noticed this with my large dogs- another small dog thing to be aware of- the amount of movement relative to size is huge.

later when i still had it sitting out she was quite keen to want me to go to it again so that was new- we didnt I put it away.
