We all played at FF this morning.
The bigger distances certainly made it challenging!
We struggled getting jump 2. I had Kathy throw a reward to help.
I thought I was stepping toward the jump but see in the videos that I was not. Should I continue having Kathy throw the reward or should I bring the jump in and gradually move it back out?I felt that RC to the dog walk leg would add too much pressure but, you’re right, sometimes it’s tough at the club to set things up as big as we would like. Tina set up some big distances at class and both Torch and Ember struggled so I think I’ll invite myself over to Christine’s. I’ll tell her you said so😂😂😂
Note the inflatable tube man in the next ring! Torch knew it was there and ignored it. Good girlie!
I couldn’t get the left turn out of the tunnel but got the right turn. My handling? Her better turn side? Conditioned since we exited that was so many times?
Lead outs went well.
Hope your drive home was uneventful! It was great to see you. The seminars were incredible! All the pups were amazing. They did all the things😀
These videos were done last week. I’m just getting around to posting.
I’ll definitely be more aware of the tunnel entrance for her.
She had no problem with the entry on the straight lines games.I didn’t get a chance to post our first sessions on Friday of the straight lines. These sessions are from today when we put it all together. Rear crosses are the hardest. I was thrilled with the last one!
I felt like I had a harder time sending to the tunnel (especially in position 1) than driving to the jump.
Torch had to work through some distractions. A very handsome golden boy was training in the next ring. She kept it together pretty well!
I noticed that about my tunnel tunnel tunnel going on a bit too long – lol!
Do you think it would be helpful to move that middle jump out farther so there is more time to show the transition or do I just need to do a better job?
