FYI: it was a stand alone session–I had not tired out his brain previously–but who knows if he had just tired his own brain on something beforehand, all on his own, lol.
I had lots of questions about me! I had trouble doing all the things! I think he improved when I got my act together more. Point taken on time–that has been a problem for me forever because I have a high tolerance for repetition and I used to have a dog that loved repetition . . .my two dogs now suffer for it. I just don’t notice how long. Thank you for the nudge!! I’ll start setting a timer–I did that for a while with my other dog.
It was interesting, and, no, nothing changed in the environment other than, possibly, our orientation. I thought maybe I went too long and just looked for something reasonable to end on. I agree that it did not seem too long–it happened again, the same way. Do you think the repetition made him think I wanted something different, despite the cookies?

I did this before I got your last feedback–it was a lot better and I tried moving to adding some turns, but I see what you mean about his looking at me: https://youtu.be/B9zg9wCqS4c. I will try the manners minder, if I can find it’s clicker, in my next session.
