ParticipantHere is a video on markers: https://youtu.be/Ftbux6pWaaA.
Mine are a little different, but he actually knows them all pretty well (not perfect), except catch with food, which is hard (balls are MUCH easier)–as long as I get the markers out of my mouth right.🙄

ParticipantHere is the wing while standing: https://youtu.be/qv020xl3D7g. I used ring gating, but, now, watching video, I hope it was not too similar to a wing.

ParticipantWe did some more work on driving forward, attempting to do the front cross you suggested (I confused myself a couple times), using a toy: https://youtu.be/EpzMGv1oNKk. I think we got a tight turn once, but not on the others.

ParticipantSo, we have been out of commission–Gruff became quite ill Wednesday night and today is his first day wanting to move.
Here is our wing video: https://youtu.be/aGkPehA2Obg. I’m not using food out of concern for his system, which is still quite gassy, although the vomiting has stopped.

ParticipantHere is a video for collar grab: https://youtu.be/2EFXneN63JM.
I started with food, but failed to notice a toy, that he did not fail to notice, so we switched. As we worked, I noticed that my holding his collar when I get the toy may be acting counter-productively to the collar grab, adding a slight aversive into the sequence, so I shifted to tossing a treat to get the toy–I think you may have been pointing this out earlier, but I really felt it here. I liked the last rep. 😊

ParticipantHere is stealth (recall): https://youtu.be/YC_XFa_G2Ec. I did it a little different; I went to my facility that he is very familiar with, and that has its “furniture” changed around with things added and subtracted every few days to work recall.

ParticipantHere is Goat tricks 1 (First session): https://youtu.be/-Gc0a6oOc0A.
I think it went well other than him knocking his prop onto his head and then slipping–I will stay further from the carpet’s edge next session. 😊katgor66
ParticipantSo I started working on the blind cross outdoors because I thought it would be easier running; however, when I threw the treat, he glanced, did not see it, and just went after the toy–I did not have time to get ahead. After a couple tries, we moved indoors. I considered throwing a second toy, but thought getting the basic idea first made sense–thoughts?
Next, I chose a longer toy, but it seemed to make it harder controlling his behavior around the toy and it made it harder for me to control the toy. I am thinking of going to a smaller toy–thoughts? Good idea or work through it?
Here is the video (indoors): https://youtu.be/z5ki5KNt2UU.

ParticipantHere is the wing exercise standing: https://youtu.be/W9rtDFqqo6c. I hope I am not giving too much thinking time, but it did seem like he was thinking and not frustrated–although he did need to zoom a bit after.
