    Recalculation is the part I’d want explained too when a medical statement changes after insurance. Comparing both statement numbers, the EOB, payment confirmation, and the new balance sounds far more sensible than assuming it is a duplicate charge. That side-by-side approach is a solid tip.

    Profile records can be wrong even when delivery is already going to the correct place. Comparing the live delivery address with the older profile entry is a sensible way to keep the request narrow. No need to drag vacation holds or past delivery issues into it.
