ParticipantJust a note to say that I am headed to Maine for agility at Pineland Farms – will return on Tuesday. Will resume work then.

Participant360s
Well designed lessons and latent learning – I have no better explanation but Rusty seemed to know what he was doing from the start, no luring and reward on completion.
Look forward to your feedback.

ParticipantBackside Slice Advanced
I added a second jump bump to make the serp part more realistic.

ParticipantLeading with the Head #2
Hopefully you will notice some improvements here in comparison to my last video.

ParticipantLeading with the Head
I hope these are some semblance of what they are supposed to be. I am sometimes directionally challenged and that’s how I felt with these.
Look forward to your feedback.

ParticipantStrike A Pose Part 3
Rusty loves the Manners Minder. He took to this activity quite quickly. I probably should work to move my target hand less so the verbal becomes the primary cue.
Look forward to your feedback.

ParticipantAdvanced T Wrap Foundations
I went directly to the circles because Rusty can spin and twirl so this wasn’t entirely new. Also I made a point to toss the treat with my other hand so as not to be luring with food. What I didn’t realize until I watched the video was that because of the way I was turning, almost all of the reps were counterclockwise. Oops! I understand how to correct that but didn’t realize it in the moment.
Look forward to your feedback.

ParticipantBaby Level Threadle Wrap
Just the beginnings here. I think I need to move closer to the camera so Rusty has farther to run behind me. Sorry about the cat but as you can see Rusty pays no attention. They are the best of friends.
Look forward to your feedback.

ParticipantRemote Reinforcement
For our first go, I thought it went well. I started here because I want to make use of it over the next two weeks.

ParticipantStrike a Pose 2
Before I started with the bowl, I did some ‘go to hand’ on both sides. I also tried to be consistent using ‘ok’ to release him. Rusty seemed to understand that he had to go to middle first and then turn toward the reward.
Look forward to your feedback.

ParticipantGet Out Prop Game 4
I think we are making some progress with this game. As my next step, I think I need to take it into the garage where I can get more lateral distance and where my thrown treats don’t end up under stuff at the edge of the room like they were doing in my bigger room which is why I moved here.
Is there a shortcut to get to the end of the videos when posting the most recent one? Needless to say, each time it takes longer to scroll through all of the ones I have posted.
Look forward to your feedback.

ParticipantBacking Up Outside
Outside should be in quotes! Given the extended snow cover this winter (there are still two small piles in the driveway), this was Rusty’s intro to working outside. Therefore I took it step-by-step. So first backing up to the inside garage door (with the garage open) and then to the garage doorway. I also inserted a Resilience Game (scatter) near the end. The two reps after that are notable!

ParticipantRocking Horses 2
The barrels are now 12 feet apart and I am standing more upright. Rusty is still a bit too interested in the whereabouts of the food. I think the trial where I was saying ‘Go go go’ went more smoothly. I do think he responds well to verbal cues. What verbal cue should I be using most advantageously in this situation?
Look forward to your feedback.

ParticipantStrike A Pose Part 2
Rusty liked this game. I have to say that your course design makes him look brilliant when really it’s the step by step process of your exercises that build from week to week.
Look forward to your feedback.
