Much more in love with this one!

I had a couple super short lazy games not included. – she could not would not turn left. She even went on a rear cross path at one point so I did put a pre loaded food bowl out to help her.

I didn’t bring out the toy on the sessions not recorded but she was totally fine so I’m going to run with the door being open she was having a harder time!

This session she didn’t skip a beat in terms of want to play the game with me. Yay!!

I was not in love with this session. Usually she’s happy to work toys or food but I think I needed her toy.
Her get it game led to more sniffing then usual. Environment was changed with the doors open but not sure that had anything to do with it.
Once she starts jumping sits are hard. And yes I got creepy and weird on the one rep since I didn’t think she was going to stay.

I did more reps then I wanted because when I sent- she would not turn but go straight so I thought to throw more as a lure to help.
So I’d like to clean this all up. I wonder if she was just bored?

Ha yes- the right and bite have just come to light. I literally watched my first few minutes and said “ why am I saying right” when it was bite so I will clean up my right verbal since the bite cue is installed and has made a million improvement in everything we do when it comes to rewards.

I will work on the connections. Funny every time I sent I was like got time… Omg she’s almost out of the tunnel 😂.

I think today was the last day to send any videos. ( insert sad face since I was slightly a slacker lol)

I’m not sure if this is ok to post here, but chata and I just started the initial tunnel threadle and we having some challenges. The first time is was messy. This session there was so really amazing stuff until there wasn’t – was it because of the in between moments that set us down a wrong road? Over stimulation from tunnels? Or my feet and arms just got out of line ? 😂.

I am familiar with some pattern games that we use for loose leash walking. But not a ton. Take a breath games- are they on the AU or do I look elsewhere?

PS so can’t wait to see you live with this amazing talented cracking red devil

To answer yes- collars are shaped as well as a chin. Her chin hold is hysterical. Her eyes are huge and she’s ready to pop.

First thing we discuss teaching her in competition obedience – stand and be still. We are still working on it.

All good things to continue to focus on!

Believe it or not that was me working on clean transitions. LMAO. So when it looks like I’m flinging her, it’s literally me holding on while she’s trying to pull away. I simply cannot put my hand in her collar even away from agility without her getting Squirrley. We are certainly working on it,
but as soon as we get near an agility wing she either wants to go go go or if I start saying the word she starts barking and giving me opposition. So her on her hind legs is all her. I’m not saying I can’t do better😂 I’m just having a really hard time with her . So when are use a cookie I have to let her suck on the cookie so to speak in order to get set up and then if I let go of the cookie for her to eat it she will eat and just go around the wing on her own if she can.

I can try to let her suck on the cookie without giving it to her but my hands slipping in the collar becomes an issue . Which is why there was probably only one clean transition because it’s hard for me to get it done. I will make that my priority for sure but yes she is in a higher arousal state and it all gets messy fast!

I thought I was supposed to connect less? I may have mid read last post.

So I think I actually and super connected as a band aide. We had an issue of her coming behind me on wraps when we first started. I think my band aide was to be super on her. When I re tried the exercise for go- I lost her. We stopped to do just wraps.
So is it my position? Rotating out too soon or away? Also she was high as a kite. Had to wait out some leg hugs after a reward. We had another dog there which I wanted the distraction. Not sure if that played a role.
I don’t want to move on until I fix this.

“Go right”- yeah I was twitching and I was like she’s not passing me we gonna crash 😂.

So for the go I think I’m bending because I don’t feel like she’s going full throttle. I may be just used to heavier driven dogs like Ella. Maybe add more space so I can relax and run- also why I think I’m over connected. Or with that make it harder for her to commit?

Yes closer to wing. I felt like it was a year before she came around 😂.

We have been working our find a jump. This was our third session. Our first was just a hot mess. Someone had peed near by earlier in the day and the smell of cleaner had her mind blown. I was proud she worked through it. Anyway… 🙂

And our first attempt at reads. I admit I was hesitant to attempt but was happy with us trying to figure it out!

Catching up- revisited our wind beneath your hair or whatever you call it 😬.

And here’s some zig zag. I admit once I got out there I got a little “turned around” and had no idea which side of which wing either of us should be on but she got the idea of lead changes

Seeps are going well now. Just needed practice

Slowly coming back to life 🙂
We started our seeps and I quit while I was ahead.

I realize when I watch the video I never stopped saying right after the wing. Oops.
This was the first time she has ever used a manner minder!
Before I try again- am I on the right track? I’m so old school with my arms and training those. Plus I hate serps😂

Is there a link/video of how you deliver your reset treats? I don’t mind rewarding effort just not seeing in my head how it works with delivering from hand
