Participant<3 I appreciate the artwork. I was going to ask you for screen shots.

ParticipantI think she needed the sniffing break because I was getting frustrated. I thought I was supposed to put the cookie near the wall, in a corner, really close and hold her collar, but I couldn’t get past her fast enough to get to the new side; by the time she moved out of the way of my legs, she was already eating and turning.
I know when she is going to turn the wrong way, but I feel like I set it up the same each time and I just can’t get there before she starts turning; she turns her butt as she’s eating. Sometimes it works (usually at the start) and then it gets progressively worse. When I made her start the turn with the cookie more in the middle of the room, I could get to the new side faster because she was already turning, so she could see me. I will try a more parallel path. For some reason, this one is bringing up some rage. It’s really not that complicated.

ParticipantThat will work. I think. Also…I don’t have to do it outside, LOL. I will give it a go tonight!

ParticipantI wasn’t going to post this, but we’re still struggling. I tried it again inside with a platform and a cone and a pre-paced toy, and I started with a lap turn, sending to the platform, so I was facing the toy, and she still struggled to turn towards the toy rather than spinning.

ParticipantTurn and Burn (if this is posted twice, sorry…the forum is being glitchy).

ParticipantThis was a big mess. It looks really late but I think it was (partially) the camera angle. I was really trying to push her line:

ParticipantWing wrap BC. This is a bit odd: we’ve been wrapping wings, with motion, in sequence, for a long time now, and she has never barked at me. I’m not sure why we’re getting barking with this exercise. She rarely barks when we work outside, even with Frisbee (her favourite), she will do tricks prior to sending to a tunnel or a wrap or just a throw. Why is she barking now?!
