Crazy Elevator with Wing Wrap (and warm up)

Bang It with target fade (smaller, not gone), and experiments with motion v. release:
The targets are all different sizes, it’s just hard to see from the angles; the smallest is 2.5″ x 0.5″. I thought Kyla got me changing the target, but apparently not. I started with the large one and shifted it down every two reps or so, and I only did a couple reps without it, then put it back in, then out.
